My Podcast Wiki provides a platform that transcribes long-form audio, generates structured wiki articles from those transcripts, and lets you search across them. The service includes features for managing your sources, transcripts, and articles.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Our service allows you to add audio sources, generate transcripts, and create wiki articles. By using these features, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to add the content you upload to our platform for your intended use.
• Your use of the service doesn't violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content you add or create doesn't infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

My Podcast Wiki and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The content you add to the service remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership of that content, or of the transcripts and wiki articles generated from it. However, you grant us a license to process, store, and display this content for the purpose of providing our service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
